On PC, most any font, TTF or PS, it's supposed to be alt+0216
which works in notepad (ASCII) but I can't get that to work in my mail
program for some reason, so . . .

. . . get this tiny free app, CM32, a Windows character picker, tray
resident, copies to clipboard or inserts at curser point. This works every
time --> Ø, all characters.
