Printing problems

Hi,

I'm having problems printing from a book file. When printing
to paper I can get the TOC and the first chapter to print
but nothing beyond that. I can print individual chapters
without a problem. That would be fine in and of itself,
however the goal is to print the book to a postscript file
and send that file to our print vendor for publication. I
have also tried to save the file as a PDF only to have the
job abort.

I'm at a loss as to what may be causing the problem and how
to fix it. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, this is FM5.5 on Solaris 5.6.
