In Acrobat Exchange, display the first page of the file, and choose Document > Set Page Action. In the Page Action dialog, click the Add button to Open the Add an Action dialog. In this dialog, choose Execute Menu Item, and Choose Page Only from the View menu. Then click Set Action, and finally, click Done in the Page Action dialog.
