There are a few features that would make frame a little more pleasant to work with. As someone who has worked exclusively with MS Word and various HTML tools for years before coming to frame, I always notice when certain features are missing. For me, it comes down to Frame not being designed primarily as a word processor. But, I don't really have any gripes about this. How many of you exclusively use another application to write the content and then use frame to create a pdf or book? I think if that were the rule about how most users work with frame, a lot of our gripes would be moot. These are features which have been left out of FrameMaker. It could be due to the UNIX heritage of FM, but regardless they bug me to no end that a product that has been around as long as FrameMaker hasn't been able to update itself.
