Framers, This is an urgent issue and your help will be greatly appreciated. The problem is that whenever I get to this certain part of a file, Frame (5.5.3) will unexpectedly crashed. I managed to pinpoint the problem to a specific footnote (and table) but am unsure how to develop a patch. I went to Adobe.com and managed to find this article: http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/14426.htm The article states that with version 5.5.6 (unlike 5.5.3), "FrameMaker no longer crashes when you work in a document that has footnotes or table footnotes where the footnote reference is set to the baseline position and has a character or paragraph format applied to it." Okay, I understand all of this but what does it exactly mean when a footnote is reference is set to the baseline position? Could someone explain this to me in simpler terms?? I took a small picture of the table and foonote that are causing the problem. The 6kb pic is located at http://briefcase.yahoo.com/rumi_red . Please take a look at it for a better understanding of my critical problem. Thanks so much !!!
