Re: Frame 5.5.3 and Footnotes don't get along

First of all, you really need to upgrade your FM version. Version 5.5.3
is 4.5 years old and plagued with bugs.

It means that the footnote numbers in the text are not superscripted
like footnotes normally are. Put the cursor in a table and check this in
Format>Document>Footnote properties. Check the Position setting: it should
be Superscript, not Baseline. Also make sure you're not using a character
tag to format your footnote numbers to be superscripted.
