Hi, Hedley. I figured that out, but my down arrow key thing has never worked. The other thing is that the colors could not be deleted. When I converted to MIF, as I said in my message, the colors were deleted automatically, but as soon as I paged over to the page with the .pngs in it, they were re-added. I don't know if that would happen with the .rgbs. Kay, you need to convert those RGB's to .jpgs or .gifs, or something like that. You'll just have to select each unwanted RGB colour in turn to delete it. Or, if you are feeling very brave, save the file as MIF, locate the colour definitions section, delete the nasties, and then re-open in FM. Hedley I copied in some text from an author that had an image included in it that had been downloaded from the Internet. It is a color image and I've since realized, much to my dismay, that it is RGB. I deleted the image from the text but the RGB colors are still listed in my tools set color pop-up window. There are about a million of them and the PMS colors that I had defined and added to the list are gone (or are at the bottom of the list, but I can't see them because even though there is a down arrow beside all the RGB colors, it won't let me scroll down or even move the pop-up window to see if my PMS colors are still in the list). Thus, I can no longer use the PMS colors that I had defined. I just want to get rid of all those blasted RGB colors! Thanks to anyone who can offer any help. Of course, I'm working on Sunday afternoon to get something done that has to go to print on Tuesday! I'm on a PC Windows NT using Frame 6.0. Thanks much. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Kay E.
