No. The TimeSavers/Bookmark Controller operates during the distilling process, and relies on the bookmark data that comes from FrameMaker as the basis for the various functions it offers. This also applies to another FM+SGML-specific problem, where bookmark text is truncated if the element includes other elements (see http://www.microtype.com/bugs/sgmlBookmark.html).
