Hi all first my environment: FM+SGML 6. Acrobat 4, Win 98/2000 now my problem: from my EDD language-sensitive prefixes are put in front of certain types of elements. These prefixes look like heading paragraphs of their own. These paragraphs only hold the prefix and do not have any other content. Example: the element <mounting> has the prefix "Installatie" ("mounting" in dutch). I want to create bookmarks in the PDF. I want this heading paragraphs to be included in my bookmarks. But FM+SGML refuses! When I create PDFs with bookmarks that include the element names (it's ugly, but only a test) I still do not see the prefixes in the bookmarks... But when I generate TOCs based on this elements (with the prefixes) the prefixes do show up (I'm using the <$elemtext> building block on the reference pages). Has anybody seen this behaviour before? And can anybody come up with a workaround (apart from defining a autonumber string which has other disadvantages)?
