Re: Error on importing Word file to Frame+SGML

Rachel,

if you can open the files in Word, save them as RTF instead and try to
import the RTF instead of the .doc file itself.

If FrameMaker prompts you, tell it that these are Japanese RTF files
(the filter was written by a different company).
