All: For those who just came in ... > I downloaded a set of the Apple Garamond typeface family from one of > those Mac grab-bag sites: [...] > > These TrueType fonts installed okay in the c:\WINNT\Fonts\ folder and > when double-clicked display the specimen sheet, which can be printed okay. > But they don't show up in the Word font list. Although the Apple Garamond fonts don't show up in Word's font list, if you open the Font dialogue (either Format > Font or Format > Style > Modify > Format > Font) you can specify them. In the Font dialogue, when you drop the list of the Font combo box, the Apple Garamond and Apple Garamond Light fonts do not appear in the list. But you CAN type their names in the combo box and they are applied to the current style. Is there a Windows 2000 gooroo out there who can tell me why this and the FrameMaker problem are occuring?
