Dear Wiser Framers, I've been converting files from Word 2000 to Frame 6.0. It has gone pretty well with one exception. The Word files have several segments called tables that really aren't - they are just listings, set in 2 columns. Each list has several bulleted bold heads, followed by a variable number of indented entries. In the Word file, each of these tables generally started on a new page and was 1 page long. However, after conversion, the tables are starting in the middle of pages and coming out in a single long column. Starting in the middle of the page is not a problem, but the single column is. I've gone through both the Adobe book and Tom Neuberger's book (the on-line Help files don't come up) and can't figure out how to set up a 2-column format that starts in the middle of a page and ends somewhere on the next page. I considered making a 2-celled table, but that won't break at the bottom of the page and start again on the next page. Anyone have a clue as to what I should do? Thanks in advance, irene Irene Rush Writing, Editing, Indexing 2471 Tierra Drive, Los Osos CA 93402 805 534 9456 ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
