"The Frame package indicates that the version is for Windows 95, 2000, and NT," she says. Also, another user on the list said that she gets a message similar to that first one every time she starts Frame. The application launches successfully when she clicks OK. Any other clues? I haven't seen FM6, but if it comes on two CDs as well, inserting the wrong format CD will produce exactly the error you mentioned. Ask her to check the CD closely and ensure that it's a Windows CD. ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
