Traditional and Simplified Chinese HELP

Can anyone tell me - quickly - if I have a Traditional Chinese (and another
Simplified Chinese) machine and install FM6 (the English version) on it can
I edit fm files that are in Chinese then distill and make a new pdf?  The
docs were outsourced originally and now are being managed in-house.
