Converting markers...

Does anyone have ideas on how to convert List/TOC hypertext markers to 
cross-references or something similar that has the ability to transport
a FM user to the selected item? Note that the problem is to make it
work in FM, not in PDF or HTML....

IXGen allows you to change the type of markers, but it doesn't make the
text into a hot spot that works as a manually-created cross-ref.
