RE: Notes and Warnings with icons

I've done it two ways; both involve creating a frame on a reference page and
inserting the graphic.
Then, either specify the frame name in the paragraph tag (on the Designer's
Advanced tab, I think),
or create a new table format, typically a 2-column with the graphic called
by a tag in the left
column; text goes in the right.

I know this should be in the archives but I can't find it....

I'm drawing a blank - would like to set up note and warning tags that
automatically display and icon. I believe I saw this done at the FrameUser's
conference last year but can't remember how it was done.
