"%20" is the URL encoding for a space. Now if you encode *again*, you get "%2520" because "%25" is the URL encoding for a percent "%"! What is the answer? There's only one: GET RID OF ALL SPACES in the file and path names. In fact, get rid of anything that is not a letter or number, even get rid of underscore "_".
