Re: list of figures and reference pages

I have a suspicion that there is a different paragraph tag
in use, and the one for appendices is not included in the
"Set Up File" for your LoF. Look at the autonumbering
definitions for the figure numbers in chapter and appendix.
One is set to take a chapter number and the other to take
an appendix letter.
