Hi John, This is an SGML problem with your customer's definition of their formal public identifier. To have a valid Formal Public Identifier, the public text class keyword which follows the owner identifier must be one of a range of keywords indicating the type of declarations defined in the external entity. Thus if it is a DTD, it should read "-//CONTRACTORNAME//DTD doclrumi 082997//EN". For further information see C.F.Goldfarb "The SGML Handbook", p.386.
