John Dvorak trashes any company and the executive thereof that doesn't fawn all over him as the expert on everything. He expects a personal response from the chief executive of every computer company he calls upon. I would hardly consider Mr. Dvorak an expert in areas of graphic arts, publishing, and/or printing.
