Not seen this before, and Amazon.com may have had this already, but 
it's now possible at Amazon.co.uk to search this entire book online, 
and if you search for "Apply CMYK colors," you'll find the page that 
suggests that you "Use a Mac."

(Funny how Adobe killed off the only version of FrameMaker that handles 
color properly.)
