Search for dobatch or dzbatcher on Google. These are both free 
command-line utilities that emulate FM's fmbatch unix utility 
(documented in FM's online help and user manual). You can combine these 
tools with DOS batch file commands to open and save FM files as MIF, 
and open MIF files and save/rename/relocate as FM.
