 Way earlier. I've been using that feature for a dogs age. It still 
works in my copy of FrameBuilder 4.0.4 running in Classic, though the 
key combo is different. It uses Ctrl-Shift as opposed to the Cmd-Ctrl 
key combo that FrameMaker v7 uses.

 It's called "quick copy" now, but I think it was called "Speed Copy" 
at one time, though I can find no reference to either in the on-line 
help for FrameBuilder 4.0.4. I also recall that it was written up 
incorrectly in several versions of the printed manual. The manual 
said that you couldn't copy between two locations in the same 
document, but that you could copy between two in that fashion. The 
truth was the exact opposite. I tried to get this "bug" in the manual 
fixed, but to no avail.
