If you have the paragraph object, you can use this to select it.

Set TextSelection = oPgf.TextRange;

You can try this to apply the default paragraph properties to the entire
paragraph.

Get Object Type(PgfFmt) Name(oPgf.Name) NewVar(oPgfFmt);
Apply TextProperties Properties(oPgfFmt.Properties)
  TextRange(oPgf.TextRange);
