Once you see this in front of you, you immediately realize that it's not some odd setting you've made. It should be *impossible* to create this effect in FM. Generally, the effect goes away if you force the table to re-flow, for instance by adding/deleting rows or change the page breaks, or resetting the table title position. The effect has probably nothing to do with the table format or the table title format. It happens when a particular layout situation occurs when a table is rendered in FM, e.g. a combination of a particular size and/or number of rows together with the physical space remaining on a page. FM gets confused about where the table ends, and puts the table title in between two rows. It's undoubtedly the weirdest thing I've seen in FM... - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Thomas Michanek, FrameMaker/UNIX/MIF expert Technical Communicator, Uppsala, Sweden mailto:Thomas.Michanek@telia.com (Sweden) http://go.to/framers/ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Join the low-volume "Free Framers" mailing list: send an email to majordomo@omsys.com with "subscribe framers" in the body ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
