RE: PowerPoint to PDF Problem

Thanks so much to everyone who answered my query. I'm sorry I didn't
adknowledge the responses sooner, because I've been moving to and setting up
a new office yesterday and today.

David Friedland's suggestion worked for me:

"
Go to Start->printers and choose the Distiller
In the same Printers window go to File->Sever Properties->Create a new Form
Fill in the dimensions (10 by 7.5), Name and save the form.
Now you can choose this new Page size in the Distiller Print Dialog.

Subject: PowerPoint to PDF Problem

Dear Framers and Acrobaters,

Sorry if this isn't quite an FM request but you're one of my best available
resources. I'm trying to generate a PDF from a 10 by 7.5 inch PowerPoint.
However, this always results in a 7.5 by 10 inch page with the left and
right margins of the presentation cut off. In other words, the page keeps
coming out in Portrait orientation. I've been changing orientations and page
dimensions settings in the Printer and the Distiller Job Options but no
luck.

Is there a workaround or technique that I'm missing? I'm using PowerPoint
2000, Acrobat Distiller 5.05 and Acrobat 5.05, Win2K.

TIA,
David
