Assuming that you actually have Helvetica installed (and it isn't
just a figment of one of your PPD files), one possibility for failing
to embed would be that the font is not located in the "standard"
directory used by ATM or the Windows font directory. This can easily
happen if you install the font via ATM but select the "Add without
copying font" option. To check this, right click the font while in
ATM and it will tell you where it is installed. If it isn't
installed in C:\PSFONTS or C:\WINDOWS\FONTS (for XP, C:\WINNT\FONTS
for Windows 2000), then you should uninstall the font and reinstall
it without selecting the "Add without copying font" option.
