This sounds like a major publishing project to me... ;-) You'd probably wind up with a thousand-page book, at least. But if you want something practical that everyone can work on as they see fit, consider adding to the on-line FAQ shaping up at the Free Framer's Wiki site: http://www.freeframers.org/wiki/ If folks who posted to the lists took a few minutes to add their post content to this free (and ad-free!) community resource, it wouldn't take long for it to get really useful!
