freeze pagination

hi all,

We've inherited some legacy FM5.5.6 docs that should be converted into XML
using FM7 and a conversion table. Close inspection reveals that the creator
applies the (in my eyes) forbidden "freeze pagination" so all pages contain
disconnectes text frames... does anybody know of a way (or third party tool)
to automatically connect the text frames to one flow in the docs, or are we
stuck (with manual connecting or even rekeying?)
