Table Sort and Cross Reference markers

I know there was a bug in Frame which caused cross-reference and conditional
text markers to be dropped when doing a table sort. It still seems to be a
problem in Frame7. Is this going to remain a bug or does anyone know whether
there is any intention of fixing this?
