A copy of the original page footer has been placed beneath the bottom of the page! This doesn't show on-screen unless you resize the page in FM. When you print the document to a larger paper size, the hidden footer appears below the page bottom. Change the page size in FM, delete the extra footer that appears, and change the page size back to the original size.
