The answer is No. You do not need WWP to convert to html. FrameMaker has a Save As HTML option. This works OK. If you go to the reference pages and play with the mapping, you can also get some nice effects, basic navigation and document splitting (see the manual for details). Graphics are a problem though, but if you set them in your document at 96dpi (and they display OK) then they will display OK in the generated html. As to the CSS, just delete the file after it is generated (I haven't had the need to look for a method to switch it off yet so I do not know if you can). All browsers can read the html without a CSS.
