Frame to WWP questions

Hi. I'm using FrameMaker 6.0 to WWP Professional 6.05. I have two questions
regarding the browser window:

1. Where do you change the name that appears in the browser window's title
bar? 

The Scriptorium Cookbook (a lifesaver, btw) says (page 242) to change the
string <img alt="Webworks Help 2.0"...> So I did, but it still says Webworks
Help 2.0. I found (and changed) another instance in wwhelp.htm, but that had
no effect either.

2. Is there any way to control where the browser window is launched and its
dimensions?
