Using the F_ApiFind Command

I am trying to use the API find command to 'find any text inset" I am having
trouble setting up the find parameters. Has anyone had experience using the
API Find command to find objects? This is as far as I can figure out...

findParams = F_ApiAllocatePropVals(2);
findParams.val[0].propIdent.num = FS_FindAnyObject;

I know I now need to specify FV_FindAnyTextInset but I can't figure out how
to do that.

Any help would be appreciated, and apologies if this is a stupid question!!
