It means "Save as PDF" doesn't work (especially in V 3.0), and its trying to blame the Virtual Memory. How to fix it? 1. Have your employer buy the Acrobat upgrade so your not working with five year old software. 2. Add a printer instance to create .ps files. 3. Print the book to .ps, then distill the file.
