Rochelle, Has nothing to do with Distiller or driver settings. Exit FrameMaker. Then look in the "maker.ini" file (fmsgml.ini for FrameMaker+SGML) and look for the line: GetLibraryColorRGBFromCMYK=Printing and edit it to: GetLibraryColorRGBFromCMYK=None Save the file and restart FrameMaker and now attempt to print the file. - Dov PS: Your email is indeed HTML-formatted.
