I'm sure it is obvious, but...

I have started having an odd problem with TrueType (They are too cheap for 
Postscript fonts) Courier New.  Works just fine in Frame 6, but when 
distilled with Acrobat 5.05 the spaces come out as little rectangles in the 
PDF.  I didn't use to have this problem and I think it started when I went 
from 5 to 5.05.

Ideas?

The other thing is just a minor annoyance. I can not find the correct place 
to change the default action for the File > Import > File Anchored Frame 
box.  It currently comes up as "Below Current Line" and "Center."  How do I 
change this to "Top of Column" and "Left?"
