There's a trick I use for jumping to an autonumbered paragraph (or any other paragraph). Be sure the file containing your target is open, then bring up the cross-reference dialog and display the target file in the Document field. In the Paragraph Tag field, highlight the tag of your destination and in the Paragraphs field, highlight the instance you want to go to. Then click Go to Source.
