No, but I can tell you anyway that it wouldn't work.
IXgen is an API client, that is, a binary executable file.
It is compiled for a particular OS/platform/processor.
An executable file for SunOS/Solaris cannot be executed on
an HP-UX system, period.

The only other indexing tool I know of is IndexTools by
Silicon Prairie Software: http://www.kagi.com/SPSoftware/
But they only have a UNIX version for Solaris, not HP-UX...

If you're looking for a better user interface for creating
and managing index entries, I think you're out of luck for
HP-UX (unless FM 7.0 has improved on it--don't hold your breath...)
It's possible to write a script that would extract index marker
text out of MIF files and present or manipulate them in other
ways. It depends on exactly what you want to do and how.
I have thought of doing something like that for UNIX.
