Framers, When I tried to open a FrameMaker 6 book file (on Windows 98), I got an error message saying to check the file path and name, and to check libraries for accuracy. The book file would not open. I did a CNTL+ALT+DELETE and closed an unresponding file, then got a series of error messages similar to the following: Entry Page Sizes File not found in C:\Program Files\Adobe\FrameMaker 6.0\maker.ini; FrameMaker will use the default value PageSizesFile=fminit\pagesize.cfg. Do you want this default value added to C:\Program Files\Adobe\FrameMaker 6.0\maker.ini? The other error messages were about other default values to be replaced. I answered "yes" to all of them. I got another series of error messages about locked files. When I clicked "yes" to unlock the files and continue, and then double-clicked on my book file, it did open. Does anybody have any idea why this would happen?
