If I'm not mistaken, this is a known problem in FM 6.0. I assume you have selected all the files in the book file window and applied the same Acrobat Setup settings to all files? Apparently, however, the Acrobat Setup information in the generated files can override the setup information you make on the book level. So, open the TOC file, and check the Acrobat Setup information in that individual file. It may be different from the book level settings.
