Hi Framers When we get a printed copy of our manuals from our printshop the wmf drawings have very thin and missing lines. We have used the same drawings for years without problems. We create the pdf file from FrameMaker 6.0 with Acrobat Distiller 4.05 and the Acrobat Distiller printer driver. We use postscript printer driver 5.1 and adist4ppd v1.0. We use Windows 2000. The printshop says that they havn't changed anything in their docutech setup. We changed to Windows 2000 and updated printer drivers some months ago, but don't remember any drawings with missing lines then. When we print on our Laserjet 8000 DN there is no problem. When we print on our XeroxC1 printer and copier we can see that the lines are thin but not missing. It seems that hundreds of drawings have thin or missing lines. Do you have any suggestions on what to do?
