Hi Esmond, There are two ways to do this. One is in the marker itself, as you guessed. The other is to have two different kinds of index markers, with the Reference Page formatting for one being different from the other. Marker "Index" could have one font-spec; marker "Index-Term" could have another. Be sure to include both marker types in the Include list when you set up the index. Note that I haven't tried this, but it seems like it would work. Let us know if you test it.
