Index page nos query

I have a requirement to boldface certain page numbers in the index.

For example, there may be a principal definition of a term whose index page ref 
should be bolded, and multiple scattered references to it whose index page refs 
should be in the normal font.

Is it possible to do this automatically in Frame? If it were, I would expect it 
to be the result of something in the marker entry itself.
