Wow, what timing!  I just got done overhauling one template set using
the tag-by-tag method. A contract requires the same thing and, voila!
here's a sweet solution.

Sometimes I think I'm past due for a new-users FrameMaker class. Too
many upgrades' worth of sleeper new features have gone by without my
noticing. (Caxton, are you listening?)
