FM 6.0, Windows 2000 and QMS printer

Hello all
This is cross posted to the 'other' list.

I am sorry for the bother, but I looked in the archives (and yes, Shlomo, I
even looked at MicroType.com!) but the nearness of my deadline must have
given me screen blindness for I do not see what I need to find out.

Recently changed to Windows 2000 (did a clean install) and now FM 6.0 won't
talk to the QMS Magicolor 2 printer. The job spools, printer blinks ready
and prints nothing. Eventually it times out. We think it's a driver problem
but are stymied.

The network fellow has tried all of the drivers that are offered for this
combination and no joy. He's been advised to go back to a NT driver but
claims that Win 2K objects.

I can't even discover what driver is currently installed, but would welcome
someone telling me the right one.

Suggestions, anyone?
