Dan's comment to use UniMerge is a good one. However, an even cheaper alternative is to merge the Access database into Word, and then bring the Word file into FrameMaker. It works well for text-based documents of up to a few hundred pages. Which way you go depends on whether this is a one-off job or something you will be doing frequently.
