Links created in Frame 5.5.2 don't work in my PDF file

Using FrameMaker 5.5.2 on a Windows 95 platform:

In my book file I have created markers (Author) with hypertext links. When I
try the links in Frame (cntl-alt) they all work fine. I then created a PDF
file from my book file and some of the links worked and some didn't. It's
driving me crazy and I need help! Any solutions?
