RE: framers-digest V1 #953

There has bee a major spelling revision in Belgium and The Netherlands a
couple of years ago (1995). Because of this a new dictionary was added to
FM, but the old was also kept. So, for new texts in Dutch, always use the
correct "New Dutch"
