Apps=Insert, in Express Customization 3.04 (free) for FM/Win 6, 7

New in version 3.04:
All Applications key combinations are now also available as Insert key 
combinations -- if your keyboard does not have an Applications key, or if 
you find the Insert key easier to access.

The Applications/Insert key combinations are pre-defined to provide easy 
access to all special characters, eg:
copyright = Apps-c or Insert-c
registered = Apps-r or Insert-r
en dash = Apps-n or Insert-r
trademark = Apps-t or Insert-t
non-breaking hyphen = Apps-hyphen or Insert-hyphen

In addition, Apps-arrow or Insert-arrow combinations enable easier keyboard 
navigation in tables.
